Ask us anything about the MapleStory Universe Open API — new endpoints you’d like to see, existing ones that aren’t behaving as expected, data value issues, or anything else about building on the MSU Open API.

**▶ Before you post**

Starting a new topic here fills in a template — please keep it and fill it out. The checkboxes in section 3 help us route your question to the right team, so a complete template means a faster response.

⚠ **Please write in English — multiple teams review submissions here.**

A few things that help us help you:

- The exact endpoint and HTTP method
- What you sent and what came back (including the status code)
- When it happened, with a timezone
- What you expected instead

⚠ **One important thing** — For account-specific questions or anything involving sensitive information — such as your API key — please contact us at [contact\_builder@nexpace.io](mailto:contact_builder@nexpace.io) instead of posting here. If you’ve accidentally shared credentials in a post, let us know and we’ll help you rotate them.

**▶ What happens next**

Once you post, we’ll read it and route it to the team that owns that area. You’ll see a short acknowledgement once that’s done, and the right person will follow up directly in your topic. Tags may appear on your post as we organize things — nothing you need to act on.

Got multiple unrelated questions? Please open a separate topic for each one so nothing gets missed.

✅ **Keeping this space useful**

- Have a follow-up? Reply in the same topic.
- Figured it out yourself? Share what worked — it’ll help the next builder.
