- What you sent and what came back (including the status code)
- When it happened, with a timezone
- What you expected instead
One important thing — For account-specific questions or anything involving sensitive information — such as your API key — please contact us at contact_builder@nexpace.io instead of posting here. If you’ve accidentally shared credentials in a post, let us know and we’ll help you rotate them.
What happens next
